Carcass Front is the two-player starter set for Trench Crusade, the 32mm skirmish wargame set in an alternate 1914 where the armies of Hell walk the earth. The box is built as an entry point for new players and a content drop for veterans, covering the devastated lands north of New Antioch where warbands of the Faithful and the Fallen gather around the prophecy of Leviathan's return.
Inside are two complete opposing warbands: the blighted Procession of the Sacred Affliction and the murderous Heretic Naval Raiders. The 16 plastic miniatures build into ready-to-play 700 Ducat warbands, with up to two assembly options per model. All models are supplied unpainted and unassembled.
The 96-page Carcass Front campaign book carries introductory rules that walk you through your first games, plus expanded full-warband rules for both factions, lore and art for the region, and two complete campaigns: a linked narrative campaign for two players themed around the raising of Leviathan, and a map-based campaign for 2-8 players fought over the resources and secrets of the front.
The box also includes terrain pieces, an A2 poster map, playsheets and a scorepad, dice and measuring rulers, so two players have everything needed to play out of the box.
