Switchbacks is a tactical tile-laying game that challenges you to create trails through uncharted terrain. The rules are elegantly simple: hikers only score if they're on a path of 4 continuous numbers. But within this simplicity lies fascinating strategic depth. Do you join an opponent's trail to share success, or block their path with your own? Should you sacrifice a guaranteed placement now to position your hikers for a perfect move next turnknowing that opportunity might vanish? Each 20-minute session delivers tense decisions as players carve their paths across the wilderness. Part of AllPlay's acclaimed "1-Minute to Teach" series, Switchbacks offers the perfect blend of accessibility and strategic bite.
